Role: As a AM Commercial you will be responsible for vendor reconciliation, coordination with supplier’s
accounts team for ledgers, debit notes, payment tracking, MIS and reporting for Opex, Capex and projects
expenses for Pan India. We are looking for people who are entrepreneurial and like to wear many hats and

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with suppliers for timely invoicing related query resolution
  • Coordination with internal teams for invoice tracking
  • Debit note processing
  • Ledger maintenance
  • Monthly MIS on procurement and projects
  • Contract management
  • Industry bench marking / market cost trends

Requirements:

  • B Tech / B Com
  • 5+ years of Account’s experience, preferably in payables
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage a wide range of cross functional stakeholders internal and external
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent command on excel and ledger reconciliation
  • Deliver under pressure situation and attention to details
