Profile Description:

  • Store Openings: Site identification & Selection based on Catchment Analysis / Commercial Negotiations / Technical Feasibility / Legal due-diligence, documentation and negotiations to finalise MOUs and Agreements / Liasoning assistance
  • Market mapping and research: Catchment mapping and analysis, Network Planning, Competition study, Sales forecasting, New Market Launch Strategy
  • Site possession, site handover. Coordination with landlord and projects team to ensure a timely billing process.
