• Align the new product with Purchase team & coordinate with training team for operational execution
• Work on food development where APC reflects positive
• Defining service guidelines for old & new products with specifications
• Responsible for maintaining the Bill of materials
• Take all Product trials and tasting along with recording feedback.
• Handle In Store product roll out and process training
• Oversee Food Trials and recipe developments
• Manage Process Development for existing and new products
• Create product training content (regional products)
• Vendor Development & New Vendor Identification
• Create products as per defined target cost
• Hands on cooking skills (Bakery knowledge with Indian food experience)
• Highly creative approach towards food with a price sensitive approach.
• Product merchandising skills
