Role: We are looking for an experienced sales enablement leader to oversee and support our sales enablement team. Lead & the team will responsible to share insight to the Business Development executives with the information, content, and tools that help sales people sell more effectively. The foundation of sales enablement is to provide salespeople with what they need, to successfully engage the buyer throughout the buying process.

Responsibilities:

  • Personally, manage a handful of Large Accounts (GAM) as Sales Enablement lead
  • Working closely with GAM and SMB teams
  • Manage the sales enablement team
  • Set and track sales targets for your team
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
  • Define counter-measures and recovery actions in accordance to team & cope with unstable business scenario & delivering high quality result on time
  • Deriving business intelligence collaborating projections on potential sales opportunity with active accounts, campaign performance reports & monthly P&L report to maximize revenue bottom line
  • Responsible for business growth in Tier1 & Tier2 cities through offline & digital campaigns driven through CRM management
  • Managing multiple stakeholder
  • Enterprise sales support (viz. SoW & Proposal, etc.) through team management on internal & external day-to-day business requirements of the unit, for pan India on-ground sales reps
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
  • Completely own the CRM data hygiene and routine

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
