• Food packaging Development for existing & new product development.
• Recipe validation & New product Recipe creation at vendor level factories & Production unit.
• Recipe tent card developing along with BOM for SKU’s
• City Wise Fresh Food Vendor Coordination & Audits.
• Kitchen Automation – Vendor identification & planning on kitchen.
• Working closely with Operations, Category & SCM team on New Product Launch.
• Arranging trails & NPS for Fresh food development.
• End to End Product launch management from Research, Development, Packaging, Launch.
• Retail Store audits to ensure Product Definition Experience is followed in stores.
• Defining Service guideline for both old & new product specification.
• Manage process development for existing and new products
• Exp: 5 to 7 Years
• Education: Hotel Management
• Should have worked in a renowned Café chain or Restaurant chain
• Preferable: Barista, Starbucks, Curefit, Fresh Menu, Health Food Suppliers.
