automation platform.  Chai Point pioneered in building a cloud based platform boxC.in which uses
Internet of Things to efficiently manage Tea / Coffee / other beverages at its corporate clients.
This role is primarily responsible for running Chaipoint’s online business for a region right
from operations, planning, and enhancing customer experience to implementing marketing
campaigns resulting in delivering the committed numbers.

Your day at work

As a Regional Manager in Chai Point you will be expected to:

  • Manage store COC operations – PDE, process flows, DR availability and training
  • Ensure appropriate SOP’s are streamlined and monitored for better control
  • Seamless co-ordinations with all aggregators and be one point contact for dispute resolution.
  • Interact with business heads, marketing, finance, operating teams and ensure disputes are
    resolved in the best interest of the customer and company.
  • Ensure menu listing hygiene in all aggregator platforms
  • Stock availability planning
  • Reduce – modifications, cancellations, holiday slots
  • Ensure better restaurant ranking on all platforms
  • Execute campaigns
  • Gain solid knowledge of competition
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Ensure 100% store uptime in all channels
  • Ensure no unethical process in Omnichannel business
  • Daily/weeky/monthly reports to highlight performance indicators
  • Communicate business plans to store teams to ensure maximum returns
  • Analyze possible risks and opportunities wrt actual Vs plan and highlight business head ahead
    of time for action

We are looking at the below skills

  • 5+ years experience – retail/ Omnichannel/Startup experience preferred with an degree in B.E,
    / MBA
  • Analytical Skills
  • Business Acumen
  • Omnichannel knowledge
