- To ensure the marketing of stores in their regional areas, to improve walk-in metrics every week & month.
- To ensure that requirements of stores for improving customer-experience are collected regularly and are met by marketing the store in the correct manner
- To ensure all store managers in the area are well versed with marketing themes and marketing campaigns for the time period and are aligned on deliverables.
- To work closely with the Regional Store operations team for pushing Key metrics of Stores like Revenue, Average order values, customer satisfaction scores like online ratings.
- To bring back store-marketing concerns to HO central marketing team and figure out creative solutions that vary from store to store, getting support from Central marketing team to implement customized branding strategies.
- To ensure stakeholder and customer-feedback is collected and acted upon by central teams
- Ensuring the Store-properties are optimally utilized for marketing and customer-engagement
- To ensure coordination between the regional Operations team and central Marketing team
- Innovate and customize marketing solutions for every store by studying requirements as per the area
- To provide customer feedback to product and business teams to improve the experience
- Mandatory 1+ years in retail-Marketing, on-ground experience
- Good to have 1+ years in Small team, Start-up business team
- Good to have 1+ year in Food and beverage industry
- Good to have MBA, Mandatory graduation
- This is a hustling role with strategic mindset. Researching and collating the findings, coordinating across regions will require smart time management.
- As per corporate policy, 9 hours work day, travel across the region and weekly once travel to Head-quarters.
