Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer lifecycle.
- Bridge the connect in between the client and Chai Point.
- Responsible for driving consumable orders
- Maintain Customer satisfaction score.
- Expedite solution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Handling Invoicing dispute
- Payment Collections
- Co-ordination with internal team to deliver the best experience.
- Visiting all the clients regularly
- Providing after-sales support to retain customers
- Promote new products/services to existing customers
- Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 Years of experience in B2B Sales, B2B Relationship Management and Collections.
- Should have worked in a role which required extensive traveling
- Should have experience of managing multiple simultaneous accounts & clients.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Willing to be on field
- Result orientation
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
